Aloha once again my dearest Butterflies!
I notice as I flutter around helping out for another event, that everyone is so very busy doing whatever it is they do. Many of you are busy mommies, many of you are busy workers….many of you are busy creating….everyone working hard to balance and be the best that they can be. I notice that Butterflies like to give give give and sometimes it is hard for you to take enough time for yourselves to adequately receive. If you give more than you receive, your heart will become empty and you will grow tired and resentful. Remember dear Butterflies, take time everyday for your own practice and quiet time that fills you up. Give yourself the love and pampering you need, so that you will have an overflowing heart with much to give. Remember, balance is the key!

Yogalates combines both yoga and Pilates in an hour and 15 minutes of body movement which caters to people of all ages, all body types, and all fitness abilities. This class will make use of Pilates exercises and principles to bring awareness and invigoration to your core and then guide you through a flowing Yoga sequence that will help you put these principles into practice.
